kitchen, and patio with gas barbecue. Enjoy the use of all Quail Creek facilities including the pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and the Club House. The club house features a ball room and stage featuring traveling entertainment. A short 15 minute walk to the fitness center, club house, and pool. Any questions or problems can be quickly answered by the owner who lives within 5 minutes. The rooms are very
comfortable and feature wood blinds allowing you to let in the year round
sunshine or to shut it out and sleep in. Renowned Tubac, known worldwide for art galleries, working studios, and gift shops is just 23 miles or 31 minutes away. Local grocery stores include Safeway, Bashas, Frys, and a Walmart Superstore. |

For Cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the rental the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is rebooked. For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent months are due prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental. |
