lift; spa; fitness center; shuffleboard courts, tennis courts; sand volleyball
court, and sports courts that used for pickle ball and basketball. East Center
has an auditorium, lounge, meeting rooms, and a kitchen for catering events.
Green Valley Recreation facilities and
activities are available to renters for a one-time nominal fee.
A few more minutes and you are at the Green Valley Mall. Several
banks are located here and there are 4 restaurants including Mexican, Italian,
Chinese, and all American cafe style.
Madera Canyon, renowned for bird watching and hiking, is 17.2 miles or 32
minutes away.
Renowned
Tubac, known

art galleries, working studios, and gift shops is just 23 miles or 31 minutes
away.

5 public golf courses of which
one is just a 1/2 mile away. There are also a great number of golf courses in the greater

For Cancellations received within
90 days of the start of the rental the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is rebooked.
For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent months are due prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental.
