GreenValleyAZ-rentals.com is owned and managed by full time Green Valley resident, Dave Van Thull who also owns and manages QuailCreekRental.com.  Green Valley AZ Rental is designed for owner managed rentals.

The home page shows a brief synopsis of the homes features, contact information, and an availability link.   Owners can also list short term deals.

Each rental home also has a link to a page that gives complete information such as rates, amenities, information about deposits, and up to 9 photos for each rental.  Additional photos may be posted on a separate page at additional cost.

The website is designed so the visitor selects a rental home and then directly contacts the owner. A great feature for the owners is the ability to share leads when they are not able to accommodate a rental request.  The lead is referred to GreenValleyaz-rentals.com which then sends the lead out to all of the rental home owners.

Advertising costs on the website vary depending upon location within the first page. 

• The first row costs $105 per year.

• The second row costs $95 per year. 

• The third row costs $80 per year. 

• All other rows cost $50 per year. 

• Unfurnished Rentals cost $50 per year

• If an additional page of photos is requested the charge will be $20 per year. 

• Set up fee $40.

• Maintain availability change for owner -$5 per year. Free if owner maintains their availability page.

• Minor changes to your website such as rate changes, minor description changes, and updating of photos provided by the owner will be free. Major changes and updating of photos by the webmaster will cost $35 per update.

Note:  The only costs are the yearly advertising fee and the initial set up fee.  There are no commission or referral fees.

The set up fee includes a visit to the rental home to see what features will stand out and review details that will be listed on the website.  If pictures are needed they are included in the set up fee.

Also included is the setting up of an availability page through homeawayconnect.com.  The availability page is maintained by the rental owner. For those owners not technically inclined the availability page can be maintained by the webmaster for a small additional fee.

If you also have an ad on VRBO or HomeAway.com we can link to your calendar on these sites.

Owners are responsible for the content on the web pages.  They must review and approve what is shown on the web pages and should periodically review the information for updates.
